Frequently Asked Questions

  • Step 1: Reach Out. Every collaboration begins with a conversation. You don’t have to know exactly what you need — just what’s happening and where you’d like to see change. We’ll schedule a discovery call to learn more about your goals, your team, and the communities you serve.

Step 2: Co-Create a Plan. Together, we’ll create a plan that honors both your goals and your capacity. That might mean strengthening community or leadership structures and dynamics, refining programs or activities, hosting a restorative retreat, or providing training around burnout, trauma, or resilience.

Step 3: Do the Work, Together. Once the plan is in motion, we collaborate side by side. We bring practical tools, trauma-informed frameworks, and a calm, restorative presence to every project. Our goal is to help you build systems that are effective, compassionate, and aligned with your mission and desired outcomes.

Step 4: Sustain the Change. Transformation doesn’t end when a project wraps up — it grows over time. We offer follow-up coaching, reflective consultation, and check-ins to help your team integrate what’s been built and sustain growth.
