Amara Pickens, Founder & Owner

Amara Pickens is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development. Born in Chicago and raised in New England, Amara often spent summers with family in the south, inspiring a love of travel and a desire to understand and work with diverse groups of people. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, World Trade & Development from UC Davis, as well as an MPA in Health Services Administration from the University of San Francisco. Amara is passionate about building strong teams in an environment that fosters an inclusive organizational culture, prioritizing employee wellness, cultural sensitivity, and effective leadership. Her work increasingly focuses on wellness-centered leadership, helping individuals and organizations embrace practices that restore balance, reduce burnout, and create lasting change.

Kali Paredes, Founder & Owner

Kali Paredes is a mental health practitioner and wellness coach who creates restorative spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and move forward with purpose. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Trauma Treatment Professional (CTTP-II), Kali has had the privilege of working with individuals across all ages and backgrounds, focusing on trauma restoration, self-growth, and conscious leadership development. Born in San Francisco and raised in a richly diverse context, she brings a deep appreciation for cultural nuance and lived experience to her work, helping individuals and organizations rebuild from the inside out through one-on-one coaching and strategic consulting.

Amy Jenneve, Consultant

Amy, BSN, RN, is a seasoned healthcare professional and certified coach with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning clinical care, hospital leadership, sales, research, and community health. Beginning her journey at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, Amy has since earned specialized certifications from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the Healthy Workforce Institute, and the Healthcare Professionals Institute. Her firsthand experience navigating the evolving landscape of acute care sparked a deep commitment to mentoring healthcare professionals in resilience, work-life balance, and personal growth. As a leader of a 50-person team, Amy guides others with compassion, clarity, and a focus on sustainable well-being. Inspired by her daughter’s entry into nursing, she remains devoted to helping others unlock their full potential and lead more balanced, fulfilling lives.

Faith Gough-Fleming, Consultant

With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UC Davis, Faith brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to wellness and behavioral health services. Over the past three years, Faith has worked extensively in case management and client services, supporting individuals through life transitions, system navigation, and mental health challenges. For the past two years, Faith has served as a Program Manager for a CalAIM / client services team, leading efforts to provide integrated, person-centered care for vulnerable populations. Her work focuses on connecting clients with the resources they need to thrive—both mentally and physically. Deeply committed to personal and professional growth, Faith plans to return to graduate school to pursue a degree in Clinical Psychology, further enhancing her ability to support others on their wellness journey. Faith believes in the power of empathy, evidence-based practices, and whole-person care to create lasting change.
